RE: Fast Pizza, J Moffett Blvd., Mountain View, CA - rude service experience
My name is Ann Hutch and just yesterday (6/16/03) I had called Fast Pizza - 327-J Moffett Blvd. at South-East Corner of Central Avenue, Mountain View, CA. (650) 961-3278 at 2pm to order a medium pepperoni, mushrooms and olive pizza.
The lady I was speaking to was the owner and manager of her Fast Pizza place. From the moment she picked up the phone she started yelling at me and I felt like she didn't want to take my pizza order because she sounded really lazy and very rude! I ordered exactly what I wanted and it's not that hard to forget what I just asked for.
The same lady kept yapping and yapping and I almost lost my appetite for her pizza's! Then, we finally got to the delivery address. So, I was telling her my home address when she raised her voice even more louder and started yelling more like a physco person on the loose. So, it came to the point where I just "had it" with her and I was beyond mad.
While I was on the phone with her, I started telling myself that I didn't need this person yapping at me for no reasons. I had no reasons to continue ordering pizza from this lady who doesn't care about making business or at least be mature and friendly to customers (like myself) and most importantly, I didn't need to waste my $13 bucks + tips on some medium pizza if this lady continued on if her ordeal. If she had a bad day, she should have left it out the door when she picked up the phone with me. She didn't need to bring it along and take it on me!
So, I finally hung-up on her! I didn't need to eat at Fast Pizza. There are other places I could have lunch and get a excellent customer service at the same time. So, while I was deciding where to go, that yapping lady from Fast, had the nerve to call me back about the disconnection between our phones! I was no longer interested in her pizza and I didn't bother to call her back!
Instead, I went out to Round Table Pizza on 570 N. Shoreline Blvd. (Bailey Park Shopping Center in Mountain View, CA - (650) 961- 0361) and I was so satisfied with there customer service that I didn't regret paying for my pizza. I even wanted to order more pizza from this guy because he was friendly, wanted to make business and most importantly, I got customer satisfaction (110%.) I went in at 3:07pm and he was like, "Welcome to Round Table, may I help you?" He didn't like yell at me or at least be rude.
