I purchased some handbags from lady-bag.com. The bags arrived fine, however making a return has turned into a nightmare! Not only have the overcharged my credit card by over $50.00, they now have refused my return, won't answer and phone calls or emails.

 

To make matters worse, the phone number on their website has been disconnected. I have learned from another unhappy consumer that they have since changed their name to replicawholesale.com - I have yet to receive any reply from the phone number or emails listed on this site either.

 

I have filed a complaint with the IFCC.
