RE: Storage USA, 198 W. Artesia Blvd., Long Beach, CA - storage unit was vandalized
Hello, there was not a category for storage facilities, so I'm entering the information here, Mr. Williams opened my storage unit, left in unsecured for an un-determined amount of time, to which the unit was vandalized!
I contacted the manager on the premises and he told me to contact the Regional Manager and he said that the on-site manager knew nothing about it and it's my fault the unit was vandalized!! and since then I have sent pictures of the utter destruction of my personal property and no one has contacted me to say anything! I even wrote to their corporate office and sent them pictures and they have not contacted me.
But they will contact me when I submit my monthly payment, they will send my checkback to me by certified mail and tell me to re-send the payment with a late payment!!
This is completely WRONG! and I need your help to get some monetary payment for the damage/ and the destruction of my personal property!
The storage is: Storage USA at 198 W. Artesia Blvd. in Long Beach. The manager name is Arthur Williams, the office tel# is 562-423-0973.
Please, what ever you can do to help is greatly appreciated, a company as large as Storage USA, a corporation should have made every effort to contact me, and as of this date, no a phone call, letter or otherwise!
My name is Clarice C. Lewis 3909 S. Gramercy Place, Los Angeles, Ca. 90062, my home 323 293-2377, please let me know what you need to help me resolve this nightmare!
Thank you
