Complaints.com received the following on June 17, 2003:

AOL CHARGE - HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!
I RECEIVED 6 MONTHS FREE WITH MY NEW COMPUTER. THE WORST GIFT ANYBODY COULD EVER HAVE GOTTEN. I E-MAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. THE DAY I GOT THE COMPUTER SET UP AND TOLD THEM - "THANKS, BUT NO THANKS. PLEASE CANCEL."
THEN I TOOK THE SOFTWARE OFF OF THE COMPUTER AND CALLED IT DONE. UNTIL NOW, WHEN I HAVE CHARGES SHOWING UP ON MY CREDIT CARD AND NOBODY WILL CREDIT THEM. LIKE MOST, I DON'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS CRAP AND I DON'T NEED TO BE THIS FRUSTRATED OVER $24!!!!
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY ADVICE AS TO HOW TO GET THIS CHARGE REVERSED WITHOUT SPENDING 5 DAYS ON THE PHONE WITH PEOPLE WHO REALLY JUST DON'T CARE IF I LOSE MY MONEY.
