Complaints.com received the following on June 17, 2003:

On June 15,2003 I visited your store in Houston @ Aldine Mail Route at approx. 6:15 P.M. and ordered a large order of hot wings, to which I was told would be 10 Mins.. I then said could not wait 10 Mins. so just let me have the 10 piece special. I was asked original or crispy. I said half and half.
The young lady the told me she only had two pieces of crispy and all the rest original. I agreed on two crispy and so on. I also asked for potato wedges and was told it would be a few mins, so I said nope, let me have some strips instead, and you guessed it, they were out.
I just took the special . When I paid for the order I asked for a receipt and was told the printer was out and could not get one. I then asked for the number to file a complaint and was given a number for a Child Care service. Not that it matters, but this young lady's name was Elizabeth.
I just wanted to let you know what kind of service we'r getting here, and I know I will not be going back to KFC, as this is not the only bad experience I have had with KFC.
