I am a resident here at the address listed above. I reside here with my mom and my 2 daughters.

I would like to see if you can direct me on who/where I would have to start.

The matter is this. For the past 5-8 months our 5 bldg apt. complex has been sold to Andrew Haung.

Before he became owner, this apt. complex's landscaping has always been token care of on a weekly basis. It was always maintained and well kept. Since Andrews ownership, it now looks like a jungle.

Grass and weeds are higher than our windows, trash all over, insects/bugs inside/outside, (2) mice inside our apt., possums, etc. I've already called Code Enforcement and haven't heard nor seen anything pertaining this matter. This is very health hazardous to my 2 daughters, along with myself and family members, and also the others who reside in these apartments.
