RE: AT&T Wireless - not given weekend minutes due in calling package - ongoing billing problems

 

I changed my Att wireless plan in Dec. because they were advertising 250 anytime and 1000 nights and weekend minutes. They gave me the 250 but not the weekend minutes.

 

Att has offered to credit half of the overcharges but would require me to extend the contract.

I was told that ATT did not offer 250 minutes + 1000 weekend minutes in Dec. '02.

 

Is anyone working this problem?

 

*ATT policy is not to give out their email.

 

*ATT said that the state has no control over ATT?

I have complained to the FCC.

I have believe no one has control over ATT.
