I've also had some trouble with ladybag.com. I purchased 2 handbags and they were shipped promptly, however they were no where near what I ordered. After sending the company 10 emails with regards to the order I tried to phone them. Both phone numbers listed on thier site are not valid.
I filed a complaint with the California better business bureau, but I was informed that the address listed on the site is just a P.O. box and the mail was returned. I've also tried to call thier parent company, Tristar group, but that number isn't valid either. I've since filed complaints with the FBI internet fraud division, the US postal inspectors and the California Attorney General.
