PhoneCardMart.com - calling card did not work to call overseas

RE: PhoneCardMart.com - calling card did not work to call overseas

To whom it may concern: Phone Card Mart does not work! I purchased a card from "phonecardmart.com" to talk to overseas. During my first attempt I couldn't hear the person I called. For the last 4 weeks I have been unsuccessful reaching anyone overseas. In the meantime the system is eating 50 Cent every two weeks whether I can use the system or not. I already complained about the situation and demanded a full refund. They blamed on the overseas lines? But at the same time I was able to call Europe by using other phone services. Regards,
