Complaints.com received the following on June 16, 2003:

RE: Hanna's Generation - www.hanas-generation.com - paid for diapers and liners not received I ordered some diapers and liners for my child on May 29th., throught HANNA'S GENERATION. I only ordered from this company because they said they ship within 72 hours and I needed the products fast.

A week went by and nothing so I emailed them at Email User and they didn't return my message. Since then, I emailed them three times and still no answear.

I called there 800 number and it was disconnected. So I called another number they provide and it said the message box is full and to email them. Since then I learned this company has taken money from others and they don't ship out the products.

At this point, I just want my money back unless they can ship the products NOW and overnight it. Robin
