RE: AOL version 7.0 - 1025 hour - 45 free trial - money taken from checking account without authorization

On 3-14-03 I installed AOL version 7.0's 1025 hours/45 day free trial. In doing this the software asked for my credit card number. It was suppose to be a safeguard to insure I was of age and if I accessed a web site that have charges applied.

I did log on the one time and tried to log on a second time but was not allowed. I don't know why I couldn't get on but I couldn't so I tried to unsubscribe but was not allowed to confirm this. I have not accessed this since that time. On 5-13-03 and 6-2-03, $28.90 totaling $57.80 was taken from my checking account without my authorization.

This caused overdraft charges to my account which I am very unhappy about. I do not want AOL and I want my funds put back in to my account immediately. I have notified Ms. Robinson of Credit Union One and any further withdraws from my account will result in legal action. Susan Carey Credit Union One of Oklahoma Account number on request.
