RE: flooring
After waiting 8 months for my hardwood floor, I called Neal Martin, the owner of Beaverfloor.com, and cancelled my order.
When I asked about my refund, Neal told me all refunds were being handled by the New York Att. Gen. office. He has until 2004 to pay NY a $450,000 judgment which will be divided amongst all the people he has scammed.
A 100% refund is out of the question, though at this point I will consider myself lucky to get anything back. Beaverfloor = NO product + NO refund.

RE: Beaverfloor - paid $ 11,000 for flooring - run around with shipping dates that have never been met I purchased $11,000 of flooring from Beaverfloor on October 29,2002 via electronic money transfer. Have gotten nothing but a run around with shipping dates that have never been met, have changed the type of wood trying to get my order. I have contacted the Attorney General in New York 1-716-853-8400, Jim Morrisey.
He said their investigation is massive. I called the police dept in Niagra Falls, NY who said they thought BeaverFloor (beaverhome) left the state, and that the TV station there did a big story on them.
I have contacted the Georgia Office of Affairs, Eddie Garen, 1-404-651-9018 fax.
