1.- THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR COSTOMER SERVICES ON THE ENVOICE,. NO WEB PAGE, O E MAIL ADDRESS EATHER.REFERERD.

 

2.- WHEN I ASK TO CANCEL MY ACOUNT BY E MAIL TO THE COSTOMER SERVICES, , THEY WROTE THAT THERE WAS NO EXISTING ACOUNT WHIT THAT NUMBER.....DOLLY, 219 AGENT WROTE

 

3.- WHEN I FINALY GET THE TELEPONE NUMBER FROM THE WEB OF SILKIES CUSTOMER SERVICE (18777455437), THE AGENT "KINA" TOLD ME THAT "HELP" IF I SEND THE ENVOICE WRITING ON IT . "CANCEL" THE ACOUNT.........AND WHERE? BAD SERVICES, CONFUISING ESTRATEGIES TO SALES....AND GOST PROMOSIONS....MS LAURA P TOM ACOUNT 102012497-1
