Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 8, 2002:

I was given a Drive of a Lifetime with the Skip Barber organization at the Kansas Speedway last year. Because of rain, the drive was cancelled. I was told to call in November to re-schedule. At that time, I was told a new schedule was not available and call back in February.
Repeated phone calls, messages and letters have resulted in no response. The Skip Barber Racing Experience has been sold. The new owners are not honoring prior commitments nor giving refunds.
Please forward this complaint to: www.skipbarber.com I have also made a formal complaint to the Kansas State Attorney General's office and the Attorney General of Connecticut.
