Hello!

Iam one of the people who can't get AOL to fix the problem I am having sending and receiving e-mails. You can't reach anybody and all you get are form letters over and over again, none of which help you solve the problem.

I have tried what they told me to do.......so far, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times in 31/2 months! I still am not receiving all my subscribed newsletters or personal e-mail.
