Dear Sir,

I was a citi bank card holder and named Somen S Tomarcredit card no.55461991xxxxx i freezed my account last year due to some bad behaviour form your professionals in Delhi.But i made almost 50- 60 calls then a person from your Vandy Credit Bureau 1276,sector-19,Chandigarh came to a settle the deal in two installments .I got a letter from you dated 13th Feb.2002 Ref.no.917736 according to that letter i was supposed to clear the outstanding of Rs.7100/- in two installments> I had clear the same on 15.02.02 Receipt no.00021 amount Rs.4000/- another one i cleared on 19.03.02 amount Rs.3100/->

So as per your letter i clear the outstanding but still am receiving the account statement of old amount and you did't mentioned or punched the fresh ammount i paid.That's really bad. Infact i tried everybody from your Ludhiana office to Chandigarh office they do,nt have any answer it's really not done.It's not the way to treat your customer.

I would be glad if you do the needful and impove your customer care network casue that's the only reason i moved to some other cards.So kindly do the needful.
