AOL Customer Service - unable to make a complaint to AOL</font></p> <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Regrettably my complaint is a grain of sand, but the idiocy of AOL is staggering!!! First of all, click on 'contact AOL' and there i Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 5, 2002:

First of all, click on 'contact AOL' and there is no means of complaining by email---write a message, address it to customer_service AT aol, no such address ---why, because it doesn't exist!!!
Locate key word list, there is no key word for 'problem' or 'trouble'--
phone tech support, the message says 'all reps busy, call back later'--phone billing, you wait in line, call password, same thing!
Nine straight hours, call back, call back while this idiot voice says, "type in key word 'help' for the answer to all your problems"--right, and they're selling the brooklyn bridge too --- Incredible lunacy!!!
