Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 4, 2002:

The problem is with AOL internet service. Have tried talking to them but they refuse to solve the problem and say they have no record. They have charged me 3 times since 4-28-2002. They claim it shows only once but I have a copy of my bank records showing different.
Currently I have no access to my account on AOL. There is a problem somewhere but they will not listen.
