To Mr. Larry Finuff,
At 9:00 AM on Friday morning May 31st, the doors opened at the 3655 E. Grant Rd branch Tucson, AZ. About 12 customers entered and waited in line. I was number 4. ONE teller working.
About 10 min. after 9, two more tellers entered with their cash banks and proceeded to have a nice relaxing conversation, (taking their time) while the line grew to about 20 customers.
At 20 min. after 9:00, I finally was served. Obviously, branch manager Edwena does not feel that a customer's time is of any value.
My hope Mr. Finuff is that next month on a Friday morning when I enter the bank, there will be sufficent staff on hand.
