RE: go2call.com - trouble making connections, using pc-phone dialing service
This is a PC-phone discount dialing service, which I switched to because 2 others I've used were not satisfactory. After making a $20 credit card deposit into my account, I tried dialing, and managed to get through only once in about 20 tries.
In the majority of my attempts, I couldn't even get the dialer to initialize, and was therefore unable to even dial the number. (The message says that initializing the dialer might take several minutes, and in most cases I waited 5 or more minutes without success.)
Also, the success ratio of getting successful connections was very low (I only managed to get connected once). This company, I believe has purposefully made it difficult (almost impossible) for customers who have already made payments by credit card to use the service.
I suspect that they expect most customers to give up after going through the hassle of waiting minutes on end for the dialer to pop up, and then going through many unsuccessful attempts at actually getting through on the phone. I strongly advise others from using GO2CALL.COM.
