Please forward this email to the following Businesses....RMCB email

(Email User) This is the first step, and I hope the last, in resolving a dispute with HCI Direct and now you RMBC. I have continued to get notices that I owe $13.77 for Silkies Pantyhose that I never ordered and never received. I've written several times to HCI advising them that I did not order any pantyhose from them, did not receive the product they claim I did and asked that they correct their records. Now I'm receiving a notice from you asking for payment. Since I did not order, nor did I receive, the product mentioned, I will not send in payment. I'm asking that you correct your records and cease sending balance due notices. If this request is not met, then I will be forced to take this matter to the Postal Inspection Service, the Federal Government and my state Attorney General. It appears that HCI Direct, Inc. and Silkies may be in violation of the Mail Fraud Statute (Title 18, United States Code, Section 1341).

This federal consumer protection statute is intended to fight any product and service misrepresentation. “It defines fraud as a scheme or artifice which uses the US Mail to obtain money or property by means of false or fraudulent representations.“ I am posting this complaint on the internet and am also sending a copy to the Attorney General of my state.
