RE: Brandywine Smyrna - unable to get deposit for new truck back - requested order cancellation My complaint is against Brandywine Smyrna Inc. This dealership took a deposit for a new truck from me, could not deliver the truck to me for more than a month past the date promised.
When I told them I could not wait this long, they refused to return my deposit. (Which I was told by their salesman at the time was completely refundable.) At the time that I requested my deposit back the truck according to them was still 2 weeks from date of manufacture but could not be stopped.
I can not believe that orders can't be stopped before production. When a dealership goes out of business do they deliver vehicles to vacant lots?
