RE: McAfee Virus Scan Online - computer infected with Klez virus - can't get McAfee program to work It is after the 30 day refund period and I have tried for over 9 hours to get this product to work after I returned from vacation.
My computer got infested with the Klez virus--I had to go in thrugh DOS to kill it manually, and I followed all their instructions to uninstall and then reinstall the program and it won't work.
I tried their online chat technician, who left me hanging for over 20 minutes, and right now I am so frustrated I could scream. I want my money back, and I will go buy the Norton product.
