AOL - APEX AD-1600 DVD player ordered from AOL - doesn't work, won't read disc

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 28, 2002:

WHEN I RECEIVED THE DVD PLAYER I HIRED A TECH AS I AM (DISABLED) TO HOOK IT UP AND HE SAID THE PLAYER WAS BAD AS IT WILL NOT READ THE DISC.???

I HAVE E-MAIL EVERYBODT I CAN AT AOL WITH NO RESPONSE.WHAT DO I DO NOW????????????
