Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 28, 2002:

RE: Atlantic Circulation, Mountville, PA - paid for, but didn't receive magazines
I signed an agreement with Atlantic Circulation, Inc. 2 College Ave P.O. Box 448, Mountville, PA 17554-0448 on 9/21/01. I have yet to receive a magazine.
I have called the company a number of times and been given incorrect answers, hung up on, sent to voicemail. Still no response. I have send a letter saying that I will notify the BBB and still no response.
