Ruby Tuesday, Westland, MI - experience with beer served in dirty glasses

Last week my family and I went for dinner at a Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Westland, Mi 48135 and the food was good but the service and attitude was unforgiveable!!!

My father-in-law and I ordered a draft beer and after 5 glasses brought to us each one a very dirty glass we decided to drink water but the waiter's reply to me was it's just strawberrys in the glass.

DUH!!! Help is hard to find nowdays but I may think twice before I return to any of their restaurants.
