To Whom It May Concern;
Thank you so very much for returning my email so promptly. This is the most return I've had on this problem since I've gotten the phone.

Also there was a $30.00 rebate that came with it that I never had gotten.
I had to buy 6-Cellease Phone Cards and when they went out of business they took them from my cell phone somehow. I called and they replaced 20 minutes and extended the date until 2-16-02 and wanted me to send them money for a new battery for it and I didn't do that but they did send me a new one and they went out of business and now we're getting ready to go on vacation and have a baby on the way and need it desparetly and can't buy another because we not got that much money.
So now I've got a dead phone with 16 min. on it that the minutes have been used from trying to get it to work. I would just appreciate a card I could have. For some reason everywhere I call they tell me to get with my local company and they don't even deal with cell phones. Here's the ESN somebody ask for each time: 05641094

Could you please help us to get our phone so that we could at least use our minutes. we are going on vacation and need and paid all this money for the calling cards, phon, etc; and haven't been able to use it for months.
Please email us and tell us what we can do to solve this problem. It's a Uniden. Not even a year old. Please respond to Email User
