Consurmers Energy, Saginaw, Michigan - a few issues with customer service

I have never been treated so rudely from some of your represnetatives. Also, the power went out in March and it blew out our 3 phase air compressor. consumers is saying it is not there fault, Well we feel it is. All I get is a big run around from these people. Also they are trying to pin me with fraud.

I went in the get the powere changed over in my name with the proper identifiactioan and they said they could not do it do to the people who were in this buidling before me have a back bill. So know I feel like I am paying there bill plus mine and I can not keep us with this cost. So what am I to do?

All they want is money all the time. I don't get any help and I am just a small auto shop business trying to servive. They never return my calls and now they are going to shut my services off by the 17th of this month. Anybody out htere have any suggestions on what to do or who I can go to help with? Kristie
