Pinnacle DVD500 DVD - camera doesn't work with this product - can't reach Pinnacle customer servive

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 22, 2002:

Bought a Pinnacle DVD500 DVD. My camera doesn't work with this product. I can't reach customer service because they are 3 hours ahead of me and I still work when they close.

There's no way to reach them by e mail. Product cost $600 dollars so you might expect some custstomer service.
