I had a tough time trying to resolve a problem with Household Credit Card. I was applying for a Best Buy card and on the Best Buy Card, it stated that there would be no annual fee, there was also a check box to check if I would also apply for a Household Credit Card.

 

I check the box thinking that the terms were the same but Household charge me a annual fee of $99 dollars. I refuse to pay them, and they are going to send it to collection. They won't even try to resolve the problem and they were very rude to me.
