RE: DOLLAR RENT A CAR, Las Vegas - mistakenly paid for insurance, when didn't want extra insurance

I rented a car from Dollar. I stood in line in Las Vegas to pick it up. When I was almost to the window, I was told that the computers were going to go down and I had to catch a shuttle to another site.

I got on a bus which took me to the lot and another office. I stood in line there until 1am Las Vegas time, 3am my time. I repeatedly informed the clerk that I had insurance and did not want any. He told me to sign the waivers signifying that. When I turned in my car, the bill was way more than what was stated. They charged me $15 / day for the waiver. I think they mislead me, and wrongfully charged me. I want my waiver money back. The only email address I can find for Dollar is: Email User Please forward to them.
