Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 11, 2002:

It seems unethical for them to charge $2.00 if you pay your monthly statement in the office. And they demand that the $2.00 be paid then and there.

You cannot have the sum put on your account. I've never heard of any other office or store doing that. Email User
