I would like to register a complaint against a company:

On 6/18/2001 I contacted them in regard to a promotion by Dish Network, a satellite provider, and had questions as to whether it was only for 1st time customers and was told by female salesperson that all I needed was a different telephone number.

 

I told her we also had a business number and she said that that would work. I received two satellite receivers and NO satellite dish because she knew I already had one. In October I was charged $548 for the two receivers and was told that because I installed them and didn't return paperwork with signatures about the system they charged my account.

 

I have made many phone calls and sent them the required paperwork and they said that because I am an existing Dishnetwork customer I was not eligible for the free receivers. I NEVER authorized them to take $548 from my account. I am located in Alton NH and very frustrated at the unethical conduct of this business. I am now out $548.00.
