MarketNewsAlert - can't stop FAX spamming - can't unsubscribe from list

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 10, 2002:

I am continuously being fax spammed by MarketNewsAlert. Thought they have repeatedly given me a Fax Removal Number - 877-453-9369 - for removal of my numbers, EVERY SINGLE TIME I call the line it is busy. Which makes me wonder if 1. It is taken off the line to defeat attempts at removal

2. Everyone else who got spammed today and yesterday is tying up one line. Most importantly - they send their faxes at the most obscene times, like in the middle of the night. They wake me up and that is very frustrating to be ripped out of a deep sleep by spam.
