Surfer Magazine - only received one issue of subscription

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 9, 2002:

This year for a Christmas gift I subscribed to surfer magazine for the second year for my grandson;Joshua Oyer Virginia Beach, Va

The offer included a free subscribtion to another party which was AJ Valentino Geneva NY14456.

The free subscription is being recieved , but the original one to Joshua Oyer only recieved one copy and none since. I would appreciate your looking into this
