Ciculation II inc. - paid for Mens' Fitness magazine subscription - didn't receive anything - can't contact

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 9, 2002:

On Feb. 13th 2002 a college girl showed up on my door selling magazine subscriptions. I placed a magazine subscription order through her company, Circulation II inc. , for "Men's Fitness" and was told it the first issue would be here within 4 months.

Well, it is now June 9th and I have not heard anything.

The website has been shut down, and I cannot contact anyone by any means from this business. I have 2 receipts that prove the transaction took place and I would like my subscription that I paid for.

If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate. Sounds like the BBB needs a call.
