type your detailed complaint here: Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed a charge for $1.25 for a "non-activity" fee card #xxxx xx xxxx. I called the bank and was informed as follows: Amy, Do you have an ATM card? (I use it ALL the time)

Well, at least once per month, you have to present it as a "charge" card, or we charge you a fee. WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY CHARGING ME FOR? DID THEY TELL ME? HOW MUCH MONEY HAVE THEY MADE FROM THE CONSUMERS? PLEASE! CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU BANK WITH BB&T!
