I ordered an Olhausen pool table from Rack Em's 3111 Easy St. Kokomo IN 46902 on March 11, 2002. I put $1,000.00 down on a 3,000 dollar pool table. The order I was told takes 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. It was 2 months before my table got delivered, and then it was the wrong color.
I was told by the manager of Rack Em's (Larry)? that when they sold the table I would get my money back. I then went to Indianapolis Cue & Billiard Showcase, and ordered another table, where I met the President of Olhausen.
He looked into the matter for me or rather his right hand man Steve Isbister did. He talked with the owner of Rack Em's Brad Hodson, and relayed his conversation to me, that I would receive my money.
It is now June 9, 2002. I have made every attempt to speak with and or personally see Brad Hodson, and have been avoided at every turn. I then took a letter of my intent to sue them and gave it to Larry the manager.
I still have heard nothing. This so called business has had my money for months, and I am appalled at the audacity of them to behave so unprofessionally. I need HELP!!
I am not rich and need my funds back.
