Invasionzone.com - Graduation Trip to Cancum - trip cancellation policy paid for, want refund

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on June 9, 2002:

RE: Invasionzone.com - Graduation Trip to Cancum - trip cancellation policy paid for, want refund

I purchased a trip for my daughter to Cancun as a graduation trip through Invasionzone.com. I took out the trip cancellation policy for 39.00 and have all the paper work showing that I paid for the policy.

The company is telling me they have no record of my taking out this policy upon my inquiry into activating the policy as my daughter cannot go on this trip for medical reasons for which I have a doctor's note. I have prepaid 723.00 to date. The insurance policy would refund 500.00.

Could you please advise immediaitely. Her departure date is June 12. Thank you.Kathleen Romasco 17
