RE: Premier Bank of SD - didn't order card - card has charges on it

Hello..I sent you an email about a complaint of the charge card Premier Bank had sent me although I had not asked for one..I found out there are many of us out there. I have their email address..I understand you request that but in my haste (soo angry!) I had not given that to you.

By the way, their email is not on their site..I found it through a search through google. Here is their address Email User Thank you for being there.

Hope to hear from you soon. If you want me to rewrite my complaint with their email address within the body, I will be more than happy to do that.

Sincerely,

Hello!

I have a complaint for a bank that had sent me a charge card that I never ordered! I find on the main sheet of paper that held the card that they have already posted 178 dollars to my account which leaves me a balance of 272 dollars available credit and my firstpayment of 20 dollars is due in June (that I found out by calling their toll free #)..that is rediculous! especially since I never ordered the card in the first place!! I am furious!

Premier Bank did this to a friend of mine ...I just found this out tonight when I told her what they pulled on me. Also, on doing research online I found that my friend and I are not the first people that have been taken by this treacherous bank.

Please can you help? I had been cleaning off my desk and found this as one of my recent mails so I didnt realize this until late tonight...I plan to call them in the morning. I did find online on the consumers affairsite that another person who Premier Bank had done the same thing to was told by them (consumers affair ) to cut up the charge card and send it back to the bank stating they had never ordered it and also to send it by certified mail and return receipt requested. How does that sound to you?

I would like to know if that is something I could do? This should be stopped! This bank should be dealt with, fined....something! Thank you for letting me vent and once again, could you give me your opinion/help on this situation? Is consumers affair correct on the method they recommend for a situation such as this? Would that be valid?

Signed Furious,

Linda Van Beek
