Complaints.com received the following e-message on June 6, 2001:

Failure to provide rebate
In December of last year I purchased a computer from Best Buy in Toledo OH. There were quire a few rebates available when purchased.; All of the rebates have been received with the exception of one, that being a $20.00 rebate for 64K memory from Kingston Technology.
On 5/8/01 I contacted Kingston about the rebate which would have been roughly 20 weeks from the date submitted. After a couple of e-mails & telephone conversations I was told by Alex Roelofs that their rebate processing firm had received the rebate, processed it and had mailed the check, however it was returned for a bad address. Alex said he would contact the processer and take care of the address problem (there was nothing wrong with the address they had on file and my address)
On 5/17/01 I contacted Kingston informing them that the rebate had NOT been received. There was no response to that e-mail
On 5/24/01 I contacted Kingston informing them that the rebate had NOT been received. There was no response to that e-mail.
On 5/31/01 I contacted Kingston informing them that the rebate had NOT been received. There was no response to that e-mail I would like Kingston live up to the rebate offer.
