MCI WorldCom Wireless Hi Worldcom Wireless, Re acct # 39-00102672 In December 1999 I bought a cell phone and your service for a friend. 18 months later I want to terminate this contract and allow my friend to assume responsibility for his cell phone. I have tried four times during various times of the day an evening with no success to reach a customer service rep. I have waited on the line for 3-30 minutes!!! Any company that is unable to provide better service than this to its customers doesn't deserve the business of its customers. I plan to tell all of my friends that worldcom wireless can't be reached when you need them. I would like to terminate this contract in a responsible manner. You are making that difficult. Please let me hear from you so I don't have to invest more phone time on this. Thank you for your attention.
