Telephone Service, MCI WorldCom : overbilling, after account closed
: Repeat billing for closed account MCI WorldCom From: Cinnamin Grant Email User Date: Wednesday, June 27, 2001 01:21 PM Sent To: Email User 6/27/2001 1:21:11 PM I have been repeatedly billed for an account which has been closed for a few months now. Each month I am wasting time being on hold on the phone only to speak to another customer service rep who tells me that it has been taken care of and that I will no longer receive billing just to once again have to repeat the same process the following month. I am getting tired of wasting my time to be lied to every month.
I fulfilled my agreement and even afternot using the phone for nine months of the contract, continued to pay my monthly bill until the service contract was completed. It is very frustrating to repeatedly have to call and complain when it states on the bill each time that a credit has been given for service deactivation.
SERVICE DEACTIVATION meaning that the service has been cancelled. I will not pay for service that I do not use, that I have made an effort to cancel every month for the past few months. I want the account to be closed completely, and to not receive a bill once and for all beginning today. I am tired of dealing with this. Ms. Cinnamin L.
