Internet Services, Web Hosting - Digitronic Web : charged for 'free' web hosting

Complaints.com received the following e-message on June 24, 2001:

web hosting - Digitronic Web Hi,

I tried to add a new company to your list, but the web page was missing. I have a complaint about Digitronic Web. They advertise for free web hosting with domain registration. but, then when I got the bill, they took money from my credit card for web hosting. And, to make it worse, I was never able to upload files. I think they are just a scam and I want to make people aware of them.
