After I picked up and paid in full, my sister found that the dress is wrong size. I called them, but I was told I had to speak with the manager only. Her name is Kim Hunter. I called Kim many times, but she was never available (has doctor appt, with a customer, out for lunch, take a day off) And she never called back until I left a long message on her voicemail. She called back and promised to give the new dress within 10 days, which was June 15. She never called back. On June 18 I called her, someone picked up the phone and put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again.

The same person picked up the phone and said Kim was on the phone with manufacture. Then I complaint about bad services and asked for boss name. She didn't give me. I asked where the corporate is, she didn't tell me. Then I asked her name, she said Tina. I asked for last name for document purpose. She didn't want to give me. She said she didn't want to deal with me. And she started saying that I said stuff to her and hung up on me. I was so disappointed then I called my fiance and cried. That evening my fiance and I went to the store. Someone at the store walked back to tell the manager that we were there. We waited for almost 10 minutes, she came back and said the manager is out for dinner.

She already checked on the manager's desk and found my file that the manufacture should call her today. My fiance told her that we definitely need the dress by tomorrow otherwise we will contact our lawyer. On June19 Kim called me at work and said that I will get my dress within 5 business days, but she can't guarantee. She said that she didn't like my comment. I felt like something is going on then I conference my fiance on the phone. Kim said I asked Tina for races, skin color and religious. Excuse me!!! I am an ASIAN with a thick accent. Why would I want to ask those kind of questions?? Tina who picked up the phone the day before didn't have any accent.

How would I know her race?? What is my purpose of asking those questions??My fiance and I asked for the corporate phone number, Kim said she is not authorized to say that. She has the right to tell or not tell anything to customers. Then she said my fiance and I are running around in circle, she has no time. Then she hung up on us. After being served by poor services, my fiance and I tried to contact the Customer Service, but it was only 2 minutes voicemail, nobody ever pick up the phone. I left 2 messages, my fiance left 1 message and nobody calls us back as the voicemail state "someone will call you back" This is very horrible experience on my wedding plan. I am very upset and feel like my wedding is ruin.
