hair brush made by Goody Products
I was unable to find an appropriate category for my complaint, so I am sending this email with the information. Three days ago I purchased a hair brush manufactured by Goody Products. It is called Hot Handles and is a round brush made for medium curls and mid-length hair. On the back of the brush package, it tells the consumer to "wind hair around brush from Tip to Top to avoid tangling." I put that brush in my hair and wound the hair around that brush, moving the brush downward to wind it from "tip to top" and put the air to it to dry and effectively curl my hair.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get my hair back out of the brush as easily as it went on. In fact, I never did get all of my hair out of the brush. I had to rip my hair out and break the hair off in order to get that brush out of my hair. Any time I let the brush near my head when resting between rips, more hair would get wrapped around the brush. It took me about 15 minutes to finally get that brush out. I just wanted to let people know that even though I followed the instructions, that this brush caused a painful and hard lesson, that no one, especially a small child, should have to endure. I appreciate your time and hope you will let others know about this product.
