To whom it may concern:

 

I ordered a Royal Paulownia Tree from you on Feb. 26, 2001, received it in the mail May 28, 2001, planted it in the ground May 29, 2001, it was very fragile looking when it arrived, but thought maybe it might be o.k. once it was planted, it is now June 16th and it is positively dead. Was wondering if you would send me another one, or replace my money of $9.47. Please e-mail me as soon as possible. Thank You
