Stores, Video - MRA video : unauthorized credit card purchase

Complaints.com received the following e-message on June 15, 2001:

Hello,

I am writing about a video cassette which was sent to my son, Lawrence Dietz...and charged to my credit card. I have sent the video back once...return to sender...as I did not authorize this purchase. The second one, which I have in my hands now...is going into the mail tomorrow...

I expect my credit card to be credited for this purchase as soon as this second video is received. Please do not send anything further to my son, Lawrence Dietz at 5486 Oriole Lane Stevens Point, WI. 54481. Thank you.

And I would appreciate it very much if you would do this now. I would like you to also apply the purchase price of the video to my credit card number which you should have on file there with the order. I would like acknowledgement that this is taken care of over the email...on a one time sending. The email address is Email User.
