On June 15, 2001, I took my grandson to the McDonalds Restaurant in Carson City, Nevada on High 395 south and I ordered him a Happy Meal which we do occasionally. His toy he received in his Happy Meal, was a Audrey in Oilier Ink Stamping Toy Truck. He is 4 years (four) old and very intelligent. Little did either one of us know, as that this wash a ink toy with the inkier on the bottom of the toy. When he noticed and myself that this was a ink stamp pad, it was all over my beige carpet and my glass coffee tops.

The glass coffee table top I was able to get it off, on the beige carpet in my living room, I was not able to even get a little of it off. I could not believe that McDonalds has put this toy in the meals for children over 3. I want to know what will be done about this or I will have no other choice than to sue for damages. I'm am very furious over this and someone needs to contact ASAP.

Should you have any questions, I can be reached after 6:00 P.M. at home (775) 267-1627 or work (775) 884-1886, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. I will be waiting for your call.

Sincerely,

Sanadra J. Fraga
