Internet Service Providers (ISP's), Earthlink DSL : trouble with customer service
: Worst experience in my life Earthlink From: Shann Solberg Email User Date: Wednesday, June 13, 2001 09:21 PM I have never had a more horrible experience with an ISP in my life. I signed up for DSL but they were unable to provide it. I went with cable service & canceled Earthlink. 6 months later they are still billing my credit card (which comes out of my checking acct).
I have over $200.00 in bounced check fees. After over 20 minutes on hold (every time you try to contact customer service) they do not care. They admit it is their fault but "THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE". They will refund to my account but it will take 4 weeks! I will tell everyone I know NOT to use earthlink.
